Boeing Engineering Test and Technology is seeking a Entry-Level Methods Process Analyst to support Boeing's Additive Manufacturing. Position is located in Auburn WA.

This role analyzes the current and forecast test environment and develops forecasts with capacity planning as the key driver.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop labor hour estimates for new or revised work packages
- Participate in the development of integrated schedules
- Analyze changes to approved plans resulting from unplanned events and assess the impact those changes have on cost, schedule, resources, and delivery
- Develop modifications to existing plans and obtain approval for plan changes
- Analyze the current and forecast work statement
- Develop labor hour estimates, monitor and report performance to those estimates
- Develop capacity model for each resource
- Develop forecast, acquisition, and utilization plans to optimize resources in support of company initiatives and program business plans
- Integrate program, customer, and organizational strategies into metal printer processing coordination and scheduling
- Validate and communicate capacity of Metal printers based on known technical requirements with Integrated Product Team Lead and Supply Chain community
- Demonstrates a commitment to the mission and motivation to combine the team’s energy and expertise to achieve a common objective.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher by Aug 2023
Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, summarizing findings; developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
Experience in Microsoft Office Tools including, Word, Outlook, Excel, Access and MS Project
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor degree or higher; or combination of education and two plus years of related work experience
Experience working in a team atmosphere: Ability to work across functions (teamwork) in order to attain higher levels of performance
Experience with working cross functionally with quality, manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and engine companies
Ability to gather data for process improvements, or to understand statement of work requirements
Experience effectively communicating with all levels of management
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
