Paralegal - Boesen & Snow Law
Boesen & Snow Law is a well-established law firm in Scottsdale, AZ, focusing on health and pharmacy law. We represent healthcare providers and corporations involved in healthcare delivery and support. Our team includes eight attorneys (including two pharmacist-attorneys), one pharmacist, and 11 other staff members. Duties :
- Conduct legal research related to health law, including statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and healthcare-related filings.
- Manage case files and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date.
- Communicate with clients to provide case updates, collect necessary information, and address inquiries.
- Prepare and file regulatory paperwork with healthcare agencies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, compliance audits, and other necessary filings for clients.
- Maintain and organize case files, legal documentation, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with attorneys to ensure all client needs are met efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and other staff as needed.
Qualifications :
Job Type : Full-time, in-person
Pay : $30-$37 / hour DOE, eligible for overtime pay
Benefits : 401(k), health insurance, dental, vision, paid time off
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 15 pm
