Warehouse Worker and Service Technician Dual Role

Job Description:

Warehouse Worker Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management - Receive, unpack, and organize incoming stock. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.

- Order Fulfillment - Pick and pack orders for shipment efficiently and accurately.

- Quality Control - Inspect products for defects or damages before dispatch.

- Equipment Handling - Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.

- Maintenance - Keep the warehouse clean and organized, ensuring a safe working environment.

Service Technician Responsibilities:

(Task-Specific duties- These tasks do not have a set schedule and occur only as the need arises. Including evenings and weekends.)

-General Cleaning: Sweeping, Mopping, Vacuuming and Dusting.

-Specialized Floor Care: Stripping and Waxing; Buffing and Polishing; Scrubbing and Sealing

-Machine Maintenance: Preventive Maintenance; Corrective Maintenance; Condition-Based Maintenance

- Training - Educate customers on proper equipment use and maintenance.

Qualifications:

- Experience - Previous experience in a warehouse and/or service technician role is preferred but not required.

- Physical Requirements - Ability to lift heavy objects and move for extended periods.

- Communication - Willingness to ask questions when uncertain about a task and learn from the answers given.

- Problem-Solving - Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.

- Licenses/Certifications - Valid driver's license is required

Compensation:

Starting at $15-$17/ hour depending on experience.
