Job Purpose: The Chauffeur at The Landmark is a pivotal role, responsible for providing a seamless, luxurious transportation experience for our esteemed clientele. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional chauffeur services to clients, ensuring a high standard of comfort, safety, and punctuality.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, reflecting the prestigious image of Tiffany The Landmark.
• Ensure the vehicle is impeccably maintained, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities.
• Plan and execute the most efficient routes, considering traffic conditions and client preferences.
• Assist clients with their luggage and any special requests, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and attention.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding all client interactions and travel details.
• Stay informed about local attractions, dining, and entertainment options to provide recommendations to clients.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers at all times.
• Coordinate with the concierge team to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client needs promptly

Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience as a chauffeur or driver in a luxury hospitality or private service setting.
• Exceptional driving skills with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of local and regional roadways, traffic patterns, and efficient route planning.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate and respond to client needs.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  
  

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid chauffeur's license and any other relevant certifications.
• Prior experience working with high-net-worth individuals or within a luxury brand preferred.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
• Capability to lift and carry client luggage as needed.
  
  

Personal Driver Requirements

• Valid Personal driver License
• Valid License or Permit to transport passengers
• Prior experience as a personal driver is advantageous
• Thorough understanding of road regulations
• Clear criminal record
• Neatly presented and professional
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Punctual and Reliable
• Ability to work during evenings, and on weekends, as required
  
  

The hiring range for this position ranges from $33.66-$45.54/hr. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
