What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Bog & Barley?
Servers attend to diners before during and after their meals in a friendly, helpful and efficient manner. Servers will learn the restaurant menu to be able to answer guests’ questions and offer recommendations. Servers help set the restaurant for service and complete side work after their shifts.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience as a Server in a high-volume restaurant
- Knowledge of Toast or similar POS system
- Knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails preferred
- Able to work in a consistently fast-paced environment
- Commitment to high-quality service
- ABC permit or ability to procure one within three days of hire
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds and stand on feet up to 10 hours per shift.
Pay: $2.13 per hour plus tips
