Bogar Tech Designs is a fast-growing brand in the automotive film space, now expanding into a vertically integrated content ecosystem. We operate across three brands:
- Bogar Tech Designs (our core e-commerce brand)
- Shieldme (our in-house product line)
- Villegas Brothers (our founders personal brand)
We’re looking for a Short-Form Social Media Content Creator who knows how to turn everyday moments into native content that actually lands.
This role is for someone who moves fast, thinks like a creator, and has an eye for story in the real world—not just in the edit. You’ll own short-form content across all three brands.
If your instinct is to grab the camera when something real happens (and you know exactly how to frame it for TikTok or IG Reels) we want to work with you.
Your Scope: All Things Short-Form
This role owns short-form video across all three of our internal brands:
- Shieldme – Premium automotive film brand with story & entertainment, product-driven content
- Villegas Brothers (VB) – Founder-led, story-rich personal brand with podcast, vlog, and BTS content
- Bogar Tech Designs (BTD) – Automotive film e-commerce brand with occasional light content needs
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end creation and publishing of all native short-form video: ideation, shooting, editing, and scheduling.
Core Responsibilities
- Pitch 5–10 native short-form ideas weekly across Shieldme VB (occasionally BTD)
- Film in-person content (studio or run & gun setup) using Phone or DSLR
- Edit, caption, and format short-form content for TikTok, IG, and Shorts
- Repurpose long-form footage (e.g. vlogs, podcasts) into engaging clips
- Monitor trends and propose timely reactive content ideas (48-hour turnaround goal)
- Organize footage, manage content library, and support scheduling/upload
- Collaborate directly with the creative director the content/media team
Tools You Should Know
- CapCut, Premiere Pro (Final Cut okay too)
- TikTok/IG in-app editors
- Canva/Photoshop (for thumbnails/motion)
Success Metrics
- 5–10 short-form videos posted per week
- Avg. views per platform trending up monthly
- Trend response time <48 hours
- Platform growth (followers, saves, shares)
- Visual narrative alignment with brand tone
Must-Have Experience
- 2 years editing native content for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts
- Strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, hooks, and formats
- Portfolio with at least 5 standout short-form samples
- Experience repurposing vlog/podcast/long-form content
- Comfortable shooting content (Phone or DSLR)
- Knows how to follow (and adapt) brand tone
Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points)
- Experience in automotive or entrepreneurial content
- Knowledge of social analytics, growth tools, or AI apps
- 1–2 vlog repurposing examples
