7-10 years of construction project management experience
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills

Duties

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.

Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam, ProCore, and MS Projects for project planning and tracking.

Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation on-site.

Monitor construction site activities for compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise.

Implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.

Proficiency in construction management software such as Prolog, Bluebeam, Primavera, or similar tools.

Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.

Ability to work on-site at construction locations as required.
