Bogart Construction is seeking a Senior Level Commercial Project Superintendent with experience in the following:
- Commercial Ground up
- Commercial Kitchen or Restaurant
- Automotive
- Grocery
- High end Retail
- Design-Build projects.
The candidate must be highly motivated and knowledgeable in commercial construction. This position requires 10 years verifiable experience in one or more of the sectors described above.
The candidate will oversee, manage, and coordinate the onsite safety program , logistics, scheduling and efficient operations of all onsite personnel This role requires working closely with clients, architects, subcontractors and company personnel. As a key component to the project's success, you will play a crucial role in ensuring its smooth execution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
