Responsibilities:
This is a full-time on-site role for a removal defense attorney in the firm’s Fayetteville office. The attorney will be attached to the firm’s already existing removal defense practice with the goal of helping manage and grow the existing caseload. The position will require advising and representing clients facing charges of removability in the United States Department of Justice’s immigration courts.
As the position is located in Northwest Arkansas, it is likely the position will require the representation of clients with matters pending before the Memphis, Kansas City, Dallas, and Oakdale, Louisiana immigration courts. Prior experience is not required. This position is ideal for a candidate with 0-2 years of experience who has an interest in removal and deportation-related litigation. Spanish fluency is required.
Qualifications

· Experience or interest in litigation

Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
