We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Rental Team Member to join our award-winning team. This role is integral to the successful management of our rental properties and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Rental Team Member, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of our rental properties. Key duties include:
Leasing and Tenant Relations:
- Answer incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate team member, and assist with general inquiries.
- Maintain organized records of work orders, communications, and repair documentation in property management software
- Advertising available rental properties through various online platforms.
- Conducting property showings and answering prospective tenants' inquiries.
- Work with Property Manager processing rental applications, conducting background checks, and managing lease agreements expirations and renewals.
- Coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and key exchanges.
- Addressing tenant concerns, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Property Maintenance:
- Coordinating routine maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
- Scheduling and Conducting property visual inspections for move-ins and move-outs
- Ensuring properties are kept in compliance with safety and legal standards.
- Conducting property walk-throughs to identify any necessary improvements.
Financial Operations:
- Assist in rent collection and following up on late payments.
- Assisting with expense tracking for properties.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintaining accurate property records and tenant files in property management software.
- Staying updated on local and state regulations related to property management.

As a Rental Team Member, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of our rental properties. Key duties include:

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly, helpful and professional demeanor for tenant, vendor, and homeowner interactions.
- Proficient computer skills (Outlook, One-Drive, Word, Email, Data Entry, etc.).
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Well versed in social media to include Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, just to name a few
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is organized, motivated, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates should have:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and clean driving record.
