Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Residential Inspection Manager to oversee and conduct property inspections, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and maintaining high property standards. This role will be responsible for conducting move-in and move-out inspections, routine walkthroughs, and coordinating work orders based on inspection findings. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create comprehensive reports documenting inspection results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections to assess property condition and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
- Perform routine walkthrough inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety issues, and lease violations.
- Develop detailed work orders based on inspection findings and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor lease compliance, identifying and addressing any violations in collaboration with property management.
- Create comprehensive inspection reports, documenting findings, necessary repairs, and tenant responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate and organized inspection records to support property management and legal compliance.
- Communicate inspection results and required actions to tenants, property owners, and maintenance teams.
- Assist with developing and improving inspection processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in property management, inspections, or facilities maintenance is a PLUS.
- Strong understanding of lease agreements, property maintenance, and inspection procedures is a PLUS.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to assess property conditions accurately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating reports and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in inspection software and property management systems (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspections in a timely manner.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
