OPPORTUNITY: Report to a Director level in this expansionary center stage role. Seeking a proactive leader that manages and drives multiple projects simultaneously which promote best practices, continuous improvement, and business efficiencies. Overview of responsibilities is as follows:
- Serve as the senior project leader and partner to cross functional operational leaders as the thread between Corporate leadership and its subsidiaries.
- Lead key project initiatives focused on bringing further refinement to manufacturing efficiencies, assessing business strategies, and enhanced operational reporting thru the development of forecasting models and strategy optimization.
- Create added Excel models and operating review templates thru data extracted from ERP systems that create reports tracking KPI metrics.
- Develop business analysis tools and presentation data used to assist on strategic operations projects that revolve around cost reduction, COGS analysis, make vs. buy analysis, intercompany accounting activity, transfer pricing, tax implications/benefits, supply chain costs, inventory KPIs on turns and evaluation, etc.
- Assist in the financial analysis, management and reporting for distribution centers and operating entities.
- Evaluate P&L results tracking and analyzing variances, A vs B, to PY and QTR vs QTR by DC, plant by product line/product.
- Work interactively with senior leadership sharing developed metrics and reporting to update and analyze on the results of project execution and ROI.
- Engage and multitask to support multiple ad-hoc projects with detailed analysis.
REQUIREMENTS: BS/BA Accounting/Finance required; with 7 years’ experience of experience in a multinational manufacturing/distribution company. Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, ERP (i.e. JDE, SAP, PeopleSoft, BPC, NetSuite, or Oracle), and project software. Previous project management /analytical experience.
REWARD: $150,000 to $175,000 DOE plus 10-15% bonus excellent benefits. Hybrid role with 20% travel.
