Civil Engineering Student Internship

Bohannan Huston is currently seeking a student intern to join our Engineering Group in our Grand Junction, CO office. This position is for the summer, with the possibility of continuing into the school year.

As a student intern in our Engineering group, you would likely be involved in numerous tasks that could include assisting with construction plan production and drafting, engineering calculations and analysis, cost estimation and quantity take-offs, assisting the engineering team and general office duties.

WHO YOU ARE

• You are working toward a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, have at least a 3.0 GPA, and have shown a commitment to academic focus, leadership and delivering high quality solutions and products.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication, are a great listener, and are prompt, polished, and specific in your responses.
• You have experience with ACAD and/or Civil 3D (preferred but not required).
• You are determined, organized, and detail oriented.
• You are customer focused.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to learn and grow.
• You welcome feedback and find ways to do your work better.
• You are eager to make your work more efficient by learning and mastering various engineering technologies.
