We are seeking an experienced and driven Partner Manager to sell our cutting-edge solutions to Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH).
In this role, you will build relationships with BAH accounts, understand their unique challenges, and position our solutions to support their federal client contracts. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the federal procurement process, experience working with BAH, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in the government contracting ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities with key Federal System Integrator accounts.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers, program managers, and procurement teams within BAH.
- Understand and align our solutions with BAH needs for federal programs and contracts.
- Stay informed about BAH priorities, federal contract awards, and government requirements.
- Monitor competitor activity within BAH accounts and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand BAH client needs and position our offerings as the ideal solution.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide tailored demonstrations, proposals, and proofs of concept.
- Ensure our solutions align with federal compliance requirements, including NIST, FedRAMP, and other relevant standards.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting through CRM tools.
- Track progress against sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, engineering, and product development to deliver high-value solutions.
- Partner with government relations teams to align sales efforts with broader federal strategies.
Goals and Objectives:
- Achieve or exceed annual sales targets with BAH accounts.
- Strengthen relationships with BAH to position the company as a preferred partner for federal solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic alignment with BAH contracts and federal client priorities.
- Expand the company footprint within the federal system integrator ecosystem.
Required Skills:
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals in a federal / government environment.
- Ability to align sales strategies with the priorities of BAH and their federal clients.
- Skilled in identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client engagement, presentations, and negotiations.
- Familiarity with federal technology solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Experience using tools like salesforce or other CRM platforms to manage accounts and pipelines.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 10 years of related experience.
- 6 years of experience in system integration, including federal or defense projects.
- Experience working directly in simulation/training and/or mission planning and rehearsal industry.
- Experience with government (Intel/DoD budget, investments and acquisition processes
- Demonstrated access to key government c customers and industry partners.
- Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Office to present ideas, information, and reports
- Strong understanding of federal compliance frameworks, including NIST, FISMA, and FedRAMP.
