What You'll Do
Flexible Work Schedule
- Work 3-4 days a month (with flexibility on which day of the week)
- Hours : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
- Compensation : Daily guarantee or percentage-based fee applies
Diagnosis and Treatment Planning
Evaluate patient symptoms using clinical examinations, radiographs, and advanced imaging techniquesDevelop customized treatment plans to address pulp and root-related issuesProcedural Interventions
Perform precise root canal therapy and retreatments to eliminate infected pulp tissueConduct surgical procedures, including apicoectomies, when necessaryPatient Management and Education
Discuss treatment options, procedures, and aftercare instructions with clarity and compassionProvide expert guidance on pain management and preventive care to help patients maintain long-term oral healthClinical Operations
Maintain meticulous patient records and treatment historiesEnsure a sterile, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to strict infection control protocolsContinuing Education and Collaboration
Stay current with the latest advancements in endodontic techniques and technologiesCollaborate with general dentists and other specialists to offer comprehensive, high-quality careWhat We’re Looking For
Educational Background & Licensure
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)Completion of a post-doctoral residency program in endodonticsActive license (or the ability to obtain one)A commitment to integrity and the highest standards of ethical patient careTechnical Skills
Proficiency in using endodontic instruments, microscopes, and imaging technologiesExceptional manual dexterity and precision, essential for intricate proceduresInterpersonal Skills
Excellent communication skills to explain complex procedures in an understandable wayCompassion and empathy to effectively manage patient anxiety and ensure a positive experienceProblem-Solving Abilities
