Our Melville, NY office is looking for a Senior Survey Technician who embodies this purpose.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Boundary & Topographic Surveys and As-built Surveys with minimal supervision
- Evaluate field work for accuracy and create surveys from field crew data collector files (points), field sketches, digital photographs and reference maps
- Generate surfaces using 3d polylines & points
- Coordinate project requirements with team members and provide technical oversight of junior staff when necessary to complete required tasks
- Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- SIT or Level 3 CST Certification preferred
- 3 years of CAD experience; Civil 3D required
- Deed compilation experience required
- Excellent organizational and communications skills
- Ability to meet project deadlines within given budget limits and time frames
- Desire to succeed and excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task assigned projects, and work with minimal supervision
- Ability and focus on Quality Control/Quality Assurance
Salary $32- $42/hr. plus sign on bonus consideration. Total compensation will be determined by other considerations such as experience, qualifications and educational background. This position is eligible for potential annual bonus earnings.
