Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter/Maintenance professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe for both staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform various maintenance tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the facility, including common areas, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Ensure that all equipment and tools are in good working condition and report any issues to management.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings within the facility.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
