Key Responsibilities :

The Retail Co-Manager assists in overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring the achievement of sales goals, excellent customer service, inventory control, and employee development. The Co-Manager works closely with the store manager and other team members to create a positive shopping experience for customers, while helping to manage store performance, staff, and merchandising.

Operational Management :

• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure efficient scheduling, payroll, and labor cost management to meet store objectives.
• Help manage inventory levels, stock organization, and product displays.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, product availability, and organization.
