Boies Schiller Flexner LLP is seeking experienced litigation paralegals for the Miami office. BSF paralegals have the opportunity to work on high-profile, cutting-edge matters alongside leading lawyers. The ideal candidate will be experienced in litigation and the practice of law in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities include conducting legal and factual research; preparation and maintenance of documents/files; electronic document review; and overall administrative support of the attorneys’ needs. Candidates should be flexible to work frequent overtime and occasional weekends.
Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Prior law firm or other legal experience is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills are required. This includes experience with all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills are required. Attention to detail is essential.
• 7 years experience required.
