Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role at Boiler Masters Inc. in Georgia. (Statewide Travel is Required.)
The Service Technician will maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and provide field service, for boiler systems. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, has experience with boilers or related equipment, and is committed to delivering top-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and industrial boiler systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and efficiency testing.
- Install, commission, and start up new boiler equipment as needed.
- Work with customers to provide solutions and ensure optimal system performance.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings with clients and team members.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures while on-site.
- Travel statewide as required for service calls and scheduled maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Maintenance & Repair skills
- Prior experience in boiler service, HVAC, plumbing, or industrial maintenance preferred.
- Troubleshooting and Field Service skills
- Customer Service skills
- Experience in boiler maintenance
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Relevant certification or vocational training in HVAC or related field
