What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House Team Member position at Boiling Pot?
The Boiling Pot, LLC is seeking punctual and dependable individuals to join our FOH team. Key responsibilities include greeting customers in the restaurant. Taking orders, handling payment and thanking customers. You’ll also prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food, check to make sure they’re correct, package products, and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment. Must possess the following skills and abilities:
- Positive attitude.
- Is friendly and helpful to customers and co-workers.
- Appearance and work habits express motivation and professionalism
- Up-selling add ons such as beverages, desserts
- Address any customers concerns or complaints immediately and effectively with the help of management.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for myself as well as my staff and customers.
- Customer satisfaction is extremely important to the success of the company.
- Every team member has an important role to play to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Clean the dining room, service counter and kitchen stations.
- Depending on the shift, carry out opening or closing duties.
