Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth.
- Provide a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for children.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages children to explore and learn.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, documenting milestones and areas for growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units.
- Experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting.
- A deep love for children and a passion for early childhood education.
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care and education.
- Compassionate and patient, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not required).

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
