The Boisclair Corporation is seeking PT Caretaker for approx 24 hours per week (or shared position with 2 people) to live onsite at senior affordable housing building in Bloomington, MN. Looking for someone that would take pride in the clean and well-maintained common areas Will have a discounted 2 bedroom apartment. 1 pet OK.
Primary Duties:
Clean common areas
Cleaning of units being turned
Trash removal and general property care
Snow shoveling/salting/sanding as needed
Delivering of Notices as needed
Being available for the emergency on-call phone rotation from 5:30pm - 7:30am and on rotating weeks, varies as to frequency, paid extra for on call.
Must have valid driver's license and insured vehicle for use while on-call.
Looking for self-motivated individual(s) that enjoy establishing a positive rental community.
$15.00 wage and rent discount provided if living onsite.
