FT SKILLED PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
New Opportunity to join one of the leading property management & investment companies in the Twin Cities!
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 - 5 years multi-family property maintenance work, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair, and possess a current Class C Engineers License. HVAC Cert a plus!
Would be responsible for 2 sister-buildings close to each other, in the Brooklyn Park communities. The hours are Monday – Friday, from 8:30a -5p. Mileage between sites reimbursed. Limited on-call hours.
