Responsibilities
- Coordinate the gathering of product information (new and existing) to update the BROSCO system, spreadsheets, and marketing collateral (cost, part #, UPC#, weight, packaging, dimensions, lead times, etc.)
- Recommend new product stock location, product minor/major group and other system information as required.
- Determine the creation of minor and major item numbers required for product line.
- Maintain up-to-date cost information on product line.
- Recommend any price, product or promotion changes based on the completion of a competitive analysis review.
- Create numerous aligned price programs based on dealer involvement of product line while maintaining BROSCO margin standards (list and various net bulletin prices).
- Understand the relationship of all price programs and discounts.
- Provide price files for all updated price changes to maintain Agility/Xpress accuracy.
- Ability to navigate Agility to troubleshoot all pricing issues and resolve them.
- Review vendor product information and prioritize and format it for consistent use on all marketing platforms.
- Create the information needed for price pages, catalogs, sell sheets, Book of Designs, and other marketing materials.
- Update and edit data for print and digital marketing collateral within an efficient timeline.
- Create product display sell sheets.
- Create and deliver presentations at sales meeting or other Company events.
- Maintain relationships with vendors to assure all product updates are communicated to BROSCO and implement necessary changes.
- Review products and make recommendations as to BROSCO stock status.
- Understand all BROSCO marketing collateral and all BROSCO product lines.
- Double check and proof other department member’s work.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years of related experience and/or training or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong Microsoft Office knowledge. Excellent Excel skills are required. Strong working knowledge of SharePoint and Constant Contact.
Other basic qualifications include:
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and work within deadlines.
- Ability to work as a team, both distributing to and receiving work from other team members and management.
- Strong millwork experience a plus.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret business related documents, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, vendors, internal and external customers.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, margins, and percentages.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Communicates effectively and has strong written and verbal skills.
- Regular attendance and availability during scheduled working hours.
- Ability to work remotely.
