Job Requirements
The Production Superintendent will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the department, including safety, administration, planning, scheduling, production, shipping, quality, product development, environmental compliance, and personnel management.
The successful candidate will be expected to achieve departmental targets, hold supervisors accountable, and ensure hourly employees receive feedback on their performance. They will also be responsible for developing supervisors to their maximum potential through training and personal interaction.
