House Cleaner

Please note. Everyone starts part time until they are trained. If you want to stay part time, we'd love to have you. If you'd like to go full time (34 hours per week), we'd love to have you.

Why you should join our team:

• Great hours: We work Monday through Friday, 7:45a.m. until the day is done; usually between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.
• Part Time: Part Time hours can be just 2 or 3 days a week, but generally we will need you to be available for the entire day.
• Full Time: Everyone starts part time so both you and we can see if you're a great fit. If you want full time, let us know - we have a good mix of full and part time.
• Reliable pay: Other companies pay on production or suggest you can make big money with tips. On our team, you'll start at $16 per hour. Tips are on top of that! We have training and skills certifications that will get you to $17. There is a $1.00 per hour attendance bonus for no lates/call outs the prior month.
• Team Lead: We are looking for leaders too. Team leads are eligible for a quality bonus equal to an additional $1 per hour.
• You drive OUR cars. Don't put tons of miles on YOUR car. Just get yourself to our office in the morning and let your car rest during the day! We also pay drive time between houses.
• You aren't stuck inside: You'll get to clean homes for nice people who appreciate the job you do. Sure, there's the occasional blip, but our clients will love and appreciate you.
• Stay fit without joining a gym: The work is fast paced, but we're not a sweat shop. You'll get lots of steps during the day and your fitness tracker will congratulate you.
• No stress: Each day starts and ends at our office. Load up the car and head out. Teams of two typically clean 3-4 homes & offices a day. Then return to the office, unload, clean up and the rest is your time.
• Scheduling: If you need to be off by a certain time, we may be able to work with that.
• No experience necessary: If you've cleaned homes before, we DEFINITELY want to talk to you! But if you haven't, we have an excellent training program.
• We know what we're doing: We've been doing this for nearly 20 years. Our company runs smoothly, so your day will too!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A current driver's license with a relatively clean driving record (no SR22).
• Able to pass a background check, drug test (not including marijuana) and have reliable references.
• Be able to lift 30 lbs. and perform physically demanding work.
• Work schedule availability M-F 8am to 5pm. (PT is OK).
• Be a positive person who promotes a productive work environment.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively.
• Be able to work effectively/positively on a team and hold yourself accountable for meeting quality and time goals.
• Pride in quality and desire to help others.

PAY:

• You will start at $16/hr.
• There are 3 certifications. After certification, you'll make $17 per hour and be eligible for the attendance bonus ($1 per hour).
• Full certification should take no more than 2-3 months.
