Back-of-House Deli Assistant Manager

As our Back-of-House Deli Assistant Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations, ensure top-tier food safety, and support an incredible team in delivering world-class customer service. If you love great food, fast-paced kitchens, and fostering teamwork, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:

Support and train BOH deli staff

Maintain high food safety & quality standards

Help manage schedules, inventory & waste reduction

Communicate effectively across teams

Operate kitchen equipment safely & efficiently

Leadership experience (1 year)

Strong culinary knowledge & knife skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

ServSafe Manager certification preferred
