YOUR ROLE: BEER & WINE ASSOCIATE
We are looking for a dynamic and personable Beer & Wine Associate to help create an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to share your love of great drinks and create connections while ensuring our wine and beer products are well-stocked and beautifully displayed. If you’re passionate about wine and beer, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love helping others, this is the role for you!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Engage & Serve: Proactively greet customers, offer expert advice, and provide world-class service.

Safety First: Follow safety protocols, ensuring everything is safe and compliant with Idaho’s alcohol laws.

Stock Like a Pro: Efficiently stock shelves, keeping everything fresh, organized, and easy to find.

Create Stunning Displays: Help design and maintain eye-catching displays that inspire and delight.

Team Player: Be an active part of our team, participating in daily huddles and store updates.

Stay Sharp: Keep an eye on inventory, assist with quarterly counts, and ensure we’re always stocked with the best selection.
WHAT YOU BRING:

Ability to stay calm and collected under pressure.

A strong work ethic and love for teamwork.

18 years old to comply with Idaho laws for alcohol sales.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Retail, restaurant, or alcohol-related experience.

Wine & Beer certifications (but no worries if not!).
THE DETAILS:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Demands: Ability to stand, sit, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment: Fast-paced, with a lot of interaction with our awesome customers!
