What You’ll Do
- Deliver top-notch customer service with a friendly, can-do attitude.
- Keep the produce department looking fresh by stocking, organizing, and maintaining displays.
- Rotate products to keep everything at peak quality and minimize waste.
- Assist with creative merchandising and signage.
- Handle produce with care—whether it’s culling, prepping, or making the perfect fruit display.
- Work efficiently to balance stocking, cleaning, and helping customers.
- Stay engaged, stay organized, and keep things running smoothly.
- Other duties as assigned (we all pitch in!).
What You Bring
- A strong work ethic and a sense of urgency—you like to stay busy!
- Team player vibes—you’re ready to collaborate and jump in where needed.
- Clear communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. constantly throughout the day and be on your feet for long stretches.
Bonus Points (But Not Required!)
- Experience in produce or grocery settings.
- Basic knife skills.
- Food handler’s card.
