Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily
operations of our Idaho Falls branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring

Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
o Supervise store personnel.
o Develop and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Customer Service:
o Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and

o Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
Inventory Control:
o Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
