Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Service : Greet guests warmly, assist with lane reservations, and provide instructions on using bowling equipment.
- Lane Management : Ensure lanes, scoring systems, and bowling balls are clean and functioning properly; address mechanical issues or escalate them to a technician.
- Safety and Cleanliness : Maintain a tidy and safe environment throughout the bowling alley, including lanes, seating areas, and rental areas.
- Event Assistance : Support private events and parties by setting up lanes, decorations, and ensuring smooth operations during the events.
- Cash Handling : Process payments for lane rentals, food, alcohol, beverage, and merchandise accurately and securely.
