Role Description
We are seeking a full-time General Manager to lead our Bojangles location in Manor, TX. This is an on-site role responsible for overseeing all daily operations, managing and developing team members, and ensuring top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate will uphold our high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing staffing, scheduling, and performance
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Overseeing budgeting, inventory, and financial performance
• Training and developing team members
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
