- Supervise 5-6 General Managers to achieve operational excellence.
- Enforce company standards for quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, develop action plans for improvement, and implement sales-building strategies.
- Hire and develop management staff, support training programs, and ensure compliance with HR laws.
- Address employee complaints, promote a positive work environment, and drive HR goals.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of walking and/or standing.
