Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Support:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure the restaurant is operating at optimal performance, including food preparation, quality, and customer service.
- Monitor restaurant processes to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and proper food handling at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure stock is ordered and maintained properly, minimizing waste and spoilage.
- Supervise opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, security, and closing duties.
2. Staff Supervision & Training:
- Help recruit, hire, and train new staff, ensuring they understand Bojangles’ standards and procedures.
- Supervise and support staff during shifts to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Assist with the development and training of staff, including providing guidance and feedback on performance.
- Ensure employees are adhering to company policies and provide assistance in addressing disciplinary actions if needed.
- Manage and evaluate employee performance, providing regular feedback and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
3. Customer Service Excellence:
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them reach their potential and develop skills.
- Step into leadership roles when the General Manager is unavailable, overseeing restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring high standards are maintained.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); a degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the restaurant or food service industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and motivate a team.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a professional and effective manner.
- Financial Acumen: Knowledge of financial reporting, cost control, budgeting, and labor management.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and management.
