The Assistant General Manager will perform all functions of store management and will be directly responsible for and in charge of store management for substantial periods of time. The Assistant General Manager, both under supervision of the General Manager and independently during the absence of the General Manager, is responsible for exercising discretion and independent judgment in discharging management duties necessary to all areas of the store operations and to provide high standards of food quality, safety and customer service.
