The Executive Restaurant Leader is responsible for the overall success of a Bojangles restaurant, overseeing daily operations and ensuring delivery on guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve desired outcomes
- Lead the management team and oversee financial controls, people development, customer service, and company compliance
- Ensure smooth operation across all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Directly manage Team Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Proven management skills: hiring, onboarding, conducting performance reviews, termination of employment, writing schedules, resolving customer complaints, managing employee conflicts
- Comfortable handling customer complaints
- Able to stand for duration of shift
Preferred Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in the food and restaurant industry
- 21 years old
- At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
- Proven management skills: supervising employees
