We are looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
You have to live in either Ohio, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Maine or Georgia to be considered.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR). As a SDR, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base by generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads for our sales team. You will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our managed IT services and solutions.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers within designated verticals, including but not limited to healthcare, finance, and manufacturing.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage new prospects and generate qualified leads.
- Qualifying Leads: Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on specific criteria, ensuring they are a good fit for our services before passing them along to the sales team.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to ensure continuous engagement and interest in our services.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system, ensuring that all lead data is up-to-date and properly documented.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to handoff qualified leads and collaborate on strategies to close deals.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor services, and new technology solutions to better engage prospects and tailor outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development. Experience in the IT, technology, or MSP industry is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and articulate the value of our services.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of IT services and managed solutions, with a willingness to learn more about the MSP landscape.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple prospects and opportunities simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and time management.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
- Self-Motivated: Strong initiative and drive to meet and exceed goals, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude and ability to work closely with other departments, including marketing and sales, to drive success.
- Experience with MSP Sales or in a technical sales role preferred.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and related services preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT or a related field preferred.
Base salary of $60,000 a year with a $20,000 variable…first year $80,000 OTE
