The AM Line Cook position requires good communication and culinary skills. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least two years of previous line or relevant cooking experience in a high-volume kitchen. AM Line Cook's Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation and plating adhering to chef’s specs.
- Work and maintain kitchen station which include brunch and lunch services.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.
- Ensure safe food handling procedures are used at all times.
- Report to Chef team.
- Accurately read BEO’s to understand upcoming events.
- Accurately make and complete prep lists for station.
- Have thorough knowledge of knife cuts, sauces, soups, protein cookery, and basic cooking and plating techniques.
- Demonstrates cleanliness, abides by company’s uniform and grooming policies.
- Is a team player and works well with others in busy environment.
Qualifications:
- Hardworking
- High volume kitchen experience
- Food handlers' certification
- Flexible schedule

Physical Requirements:
- Lift and move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Safely and effectively use all necessary tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
- Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant which may include stairs, uneven, and/or slick surfaces
- Ability to bear exposure to hot and cold environment
