Project Administrator: Responsible for supporting assigned sales team and accomplishing all project administrative and fulfillment responsibilities.
Essential Duties:
- General administrative functions to support the sales team
- Coordinate and communicate between project teams, clients, vendors, and other departments
- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring they meet deadlines
- Maintain and update project records, files, and databases
- Assist with the tracking of project budgets and expenses (Billed complete, claims, etc.)
- Assist with purchasing equipment for the project as needed
- Monitor risks and issues, utilizing resources to help the team resolve them quickly
- Procuring all necessary items to support the fulfillment process
- Organizing and releasing all equipment to the factory for production
- Issuing purchase orders for vendor items, approving invoices for payment and filing necessary claims for unplanned costs
- Process documents for service claims, sales allowances, retrofit and labor warranty
- Cultivate and maintain a good rapport with clients as well as members of other departments
- Manage receipt and distribution of Installation, Operation and Maintenance manuals (IOMs)
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have a minimum of 1 - 3 years of client service and administrative experience
- Construction industry and 3 years of sales support experience is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook)
- Professional, resilient, objective, punctual, dependable, flexible, works well unsupervised
- Able to multi-task, problem solver, deadline oriented, team player, organized, good math skills
- Able to work in front of a computer for long periods of time

Salary : $50,000 - $58,000
