Commercial Flooring Estimator/Account Manager:
We are looking to add to our team. Looking for qualified Estimators/Account Managers to assist in our large influx of commercial flooring projects.
Qualifications
- 3 years of commercial flooring project management/estimating experience in carpet, wood, resilient and ceramic (required)
- High level knowledge of flooring products, installations, and able to help problem solve projects.
- Experience working on large projects including corporate, hospitality, multi-family, clubhouse, k-12, higher education, etc.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft suite including excel, one drive, word, outlook, teams.
- Knowledge with computer software systems including but not limited to measure squared, procore, plangrid, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints, complete take offs with Measure Square, work with clients on multi product projects.
- Able to accurately submit AIA billing, SOV’s, track change orders, update daily logs on projects, and communicate with GC project managers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask.
Job Description:
- Measure, Price, and Estimate Projects, using provided Flooring leads using Measure Square Estimating program.
- Source and bring in new clients, and opportunities
- Work with Material reps on potential value engineering for projects.
- Attend pre walk, post walk, and site visits for estimating and project coordination.
- Upon award of project or LOI, work with preconstruction team to gather all information on project. Complete analysis of project and look for potential changes.
- Make sure submittals are sent in on time from precon team, and material order is sent in with proper pricing.
- Set up Accurate SOV’s, AIA’s, and paperwork required for a successful project. Work directly with the GC/Ownership Project manager or Precon team.
- Accurate monthly on time AIA billing, change order requests, and site evaluations.
- Visit contractor project managers, and GC’s to build future relationships. Try to increase sales with existing clients.
- Complete project pricing and turn in to clients on overflow projects when estimating is backed up.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
