Location: Denver Metro & Surrounding Areas (50-mile radius from downtown)

Responsibilities
- Manage Company-Generated Leads
- Generate New Leads through prospecting, door knocking, networking, and referrals. (Canvassing team available on select days for support.)
- Oversee Roofing Projects from initial client contact through completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
- Perform Roof Inspections to determine project scope and provide cost estimates.
- Educate Clients on materials, products, and services, guiding them through the process.
- Develop & Present Proposals with tailored solutions and pricing options.
- Negotiate Contracts that align with company policies and client needs.
- Coordinate with Teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Work with Insurance Companies to establish proper project scopes for homeowners.
- Stay Updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications
✔ Experience in Roofing Sales & Project Management
✔ Valid Driver’s License
✔ Reliable Vehicle (truck or similar to transport ladders, signs, etc.)
✔ Professional Appearance & Strong People Skills
✔ Goal-Oriented & Achievement-Focused
✔ Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
✔ Proficiency in Project Management Software & Microsoft Office (or similar programs)
