Key Responsibilities:
- Trust Account Oversight: Review monthly trust account balances and sign checks to pay clients accurately and on time.
- Client Agreements: Review and sign all long-term rental management agreements with clients to ensure compliance and clarity.
- Broker of Record: Serve as the broker of record for California real estate agents and vacation rental operations, maintaining regulatory and professional standards.
- Operational Focus: While we manage rentals exclusively, you will help establish and enforce best practices in property management.
- Market Expansion: Take on additional responsibilities with the potential to transition into a full-time Market Manager role.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a California/Nevada Real Estate Broker license.
- Proven experience in real estate, property management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with real estate contracts, leases, and California property management regulations.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
