Position Summary

You will receive regular coaching and feedback, and will have opportunities to grow into a master teacher and transformative leader within the organization.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Driving the development of Bold's soccer program, including instructional, club, and competitive team opportunities
- Developing a coaching strategy and model that sets a strong foundation for growth at Bold's flagship location in the Bronx and beyond
- Collaborating with Bold's talent team to build relationships with local community organizations and leagues, creating opportunities for students to compete alongside peers from top-performing schools and teams across the city
- Contributing to a school culture that inspires a love of athletics and a personal commitment to fitness and wellness
- Teaching through a variety of instructional methods and activities that inspire intellectual curiosity and develop critical thinking
- Modeling Bold's core values and building a positive student and team culture across the school
- Training with colleagues and school leaders, which includes regularly implementing feedback with grace and urgency in service of student achievement, a values-based school culture, and a positive, professional work environment
- Developing strong relationships with families and students, including regular communication that creates high levels of investment in school culture, athletics, and academics
- Demonstrating a mission-first mindset to ensure all decisions and actions are rooted in ensuring that all students excel

The start date for this position is flexible.
Compensation Bold Charter School offers highly competitive compensation, in the top 3% of comparable positions across New York City charter schools. The starting salary range for this position is $80,000-110,000 annually and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
