What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Soccer Coach position at Bold City Soccer Academy?
Bold City Soccer Academy, www.boldcitysoccer.com, is growing quickly and needs coaches for our recreational and competitive programs for players ages 2-13 at our Fort Family Park location (8000 Baymeadows Rd E, Jacksonville, FL 32256). Hours are Mondays through Thursdays 5:30-8:30pm and occasional Friday evening games. We are a year round program, so work in ongoing throughout the entire year.

DUTIES
- Plan and conduct soccer training sessions for recreational and competitive players ages 2-13
- Develop and implement practice drills and exercises to improve players' technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness
- Teach players the rules and strategies of the game
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to help players improve their performance
- Organize and supervise team practices, scrimmages, and games
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to develop training plans and game strategies
- Ensure the safety of players during practices and games by enforcing proper techniques and equipment use
EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, strategies, and player development principles
- Ability to effectively communicate with players, parents, and staff members
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire players
- Experience working with children in a sports setting
- Previous experience coaching soccer (preferred)
- Grassroots or D License (preferred)

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
