What are the responsibilities and job description for the Detail Housekeeping Assistant position at BOLD live, work, play?

Essential Functions:
You MUST know how to professionally detail clean this is not a general dusting job it is easy IF you do things correctly, manage your time as instructed and complete tasks as instructed per the scope of work given.
We prefer someone that could come in the late afternoons-evenings when there is less foot traffic.
-Maintaining clean and safe restrooms.
-Restocking all restroom consumable supplies.
-Assures all common areas are clean and clear of trash or debris at all times and thouroghly dusted.
-Sweep/vacuum/mop and maintain all flooring throughout the building(s), under tables and furniture as needed.
-Clean/polish all elevators, removing all hand prints and markings
-Clean employee kitchens
-Clean/touch up glass/mirrors/doors throughout the shift as needed
-Completes high and low dusting of the general areas on rotating schedule.
-Empty and dispose of all trash and recycling in proper receptacles
-Report items that are in need of repair to your manager
-Completes other duties as assigned by your manager.
Fully clean office units as tenants move out.
We work as a team but do not micro manage you meaning your tasks are clearly assigned and expected to be performed properly.

Working Time: Flexible hours; times can be adjusted to fit your schedule and will be discussed during interview.
Multi-tasking, efficient communication and desire to work independently but take pride in your work.
This is a position for someone who can work independently and follow simple directions with a checklist and just get it done!
