The Communications Representative is responsible for supporting the creation, implementation, and monitoring of internal and external communications strategies. Key Responsibilities
Content Development:
- Create and edit high-quality written content, including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, website copy, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and disseminate information effectively.
Internal Communications:
- Support internal communication initiatives by creating newsletters, emails, and updates to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Coordinate with HR and leadership to align messaging with company culture and goals.
Event Support:
- Assist in planning and promoting events, press conferences, and community outreach programs.
- Develop and distribute promotional materials and coordinate media coverage for events.
Crisis Communication:
