Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

  • Managing and organizing digital and physical files to ensure easy access to information.

  • Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate databases and records.

  • Creating and updating office documents including reports, memos, and spreadsheets.

  • Coordinating office supplies and inventory management, placing orders as needed.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.

  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information properly.
