Key Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Managing and organizing digital and physical files to ensure easy access to information.
- Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate databases and records.
- Creating and updating office documents including reports, memos, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinating office supplies and inventory management, placing orders as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
