Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and efficient receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and employees. You will manage the front desk operations, answer phone calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain and organize the reception area to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked.
- Ensure all office equipment is functioning and report any issues to the maintenance team.
- Manage the visitor log and issue visitor badges as needed.
- Support other departments with miscellaneous tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
