We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistan t to join our team at Bold Royalty , a premier commercial cleaning company. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This is Part - Time work MUST HAVE AVALIABLITY to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The 2 shifts for this position are 9am - 1pm or 12pm - 4pm.
Pay Rate : $14.00 per hour
Responsibilities :
- Virtual Office Management : Oversee digital office tasks, including maintaining electronic files, managing schedules, and organizing documents.
- Client Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for clients via phone, email, and online chat, providing information about services and addressing inquiries.
- Scheduling Coordination : Manage and coordinate schedules for cleaning teams, ensuring efficient deployment of resources and timely service delivery.
- Record Maintenance : Keep accurate records of client contracts, service agreements, and invoices; process billing and payments in a timely manner.
- Reporting and Analytics : Assist in preparing reports on operational performance and client satisfaction; analyze data to support management decisions.
- Data Entry : Input and update information in the company’s database and project management systems accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Support : Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and engagement.
